Hi folks, I have been actively searching for jobs, completed so many online assessment from Hackerrank that I lost count. However, my application never passed the initial stage, even when I finished the assessment and passed all test cases. What did I do wrong? I have a master in CS from University of Toronto, and a couple internships too. When I do Hackkerrank, I like coding it in my IDE first and then move the code over once it passes some public tests. Would this cause trouble and be the reason why I’m rejected?
