Hi everyone! I recently received an interview invitation from Sierra.ai for a Software Engineer/Product role. There are almost no systematic interview experiences online, and the few reviews I find mention the high difficulty level. The HR representative also explicitly stated that it's quite challenging. I'd like to ask the forum: Could anyone who has interviewed with Sierra share their interview process (rounds, duration, online/offline)? What areas did the questions cover (coding, system design, infrastructure, distributed systems, platform engineering, DevEx/SDK, SRE, troubleshooting, etc.)? Are there any key points/pitfalls that I need to prepare for specifically (e.g., in-depth analysis of trade-offs, implementation details of past projects, oncall & incidents, performance optimization, testing/observability, capacity estimation, etc.)?
