Am I Being Managed Out?

I started working for a new company about 10 months ago after relocating for personal reasons. I’m very good at my job with a lot of experience - in fact, I was over qualified and have been killing it in my role. I just got a great performance review last month. However, the tune has changed in the past 2 weeks. Two weeks ago, the CEO had a meeting with everyone in my department other than me to disclose that he is bringing in consultants to analyze our network. I asked my manager why, as it seemed like it was a secret from me and I found out through another adjacent team member mentioning it casually. He didn’t know, and said that it might be because I’m not a manager. However, I would have to compile the analytics and data for the consultants… so, while the news impacts my desk the most, somehow I wasn’t invited. And then, we have bi-monthly department meetings with the whole department team. I used to be apart of the agenda, but 3 months ago I was taken off and is the only one considered “optional” on the meeting... This does really annoy me. Yesterday, there was a company wide town hall. The invite was sent from HR with a link where you had to register 2 weeks ago, however I did not get it. Again, I found out through teammates mentioning it casually. I asked my manager, who asked an HR coordinator. The coordinator said that the VPHR pulls the dis-list from our HR site, and perhaps there was an error. She will notify the VPHR. Odd…. And then, recently my manager (who I have a great relationship with) starts critiquing my work and contradicting himself because there’s truly nothing wrong with it. So I he doesn’t even make any sense and like I can’t win, and it’s frustrating me. Is the writing on the wall, guys? Am I being managed out?
