so im a junior who is currently working fully remote. before i joined i made a whole 2 year plan to carry out a bunch of goals i had. a bunch of courses and certifications, a research paper to write and publish so i can get into a good masters, a side business idea i have with my friends and finally working out consistently. The problem is i have been working for nearly 6 months and have started nothing. i work remote so i have alot of free time actually. i only need to work like 4 or 5 hours and my company doesnt track hours so i am free the rest of the day, yet i spend all my free time either on my phone or my ps5. I can only work for like 10 mins before i get bored and im back on my phone again. Luckily im not procrastinating on my actual job so im doing good in that area, but the remaining areas have 0 progress being made. i cant handle failing all my goals due to procrastination but i cant seem to find a way out of this loop.
