Got rejected after hiring committee discussion with no feedback. What are they looking for? Recruiter said I got positive feedback from onsite and went to HC. For those who are getting offers, what is the missing ingredient I need? I passed all coding rounds with optimal solutions. System design was decent. Behavioural was good as well. if onsite feedback was positive, what are they rejecting based on? I have 3 years of experience, with 1 big name on my resume, and current company which relates directly to the domain of instacart. Also what does HC even do? Please help!
