I have a company that I would like to apply for because they seem interesting. Unfortunately, they are one of the many companies that are using Hatchways to do an assessment before talking to candidates. Rather than walking, I would prefer to talk to someone about the position before I go through an assessment. I am considering "flipping the script" and submitting a request to chat as the assignment. I can spell out what I have to offer easily enough. Has anyone here done something similar and gotten any results?
