Hi everyone, I was giving an online assessment for a firm, which was using Zyvo's platform. Suddenly in the middle of the test I had a power outage and I was stupid enough to use my desktop computer and not my laptop. Does anyone know what happens in such cases? I lost power midway during the test, and when I log into the zyvo portal, it says that the test has been completed. Is this what the portal will show in case the test gets interrupted midway like it did for me due to the power outage? How do I convince the HR that I really lost power in between?
