I have a phone interview this week and the first round of interviews will be the ones where they ask 1. "Tell me about yourself" 2. "tell me about a time you were in disagreement with a group partner"

I have a phone interview this week and the first round of interviews will be the ones where they ask 1. "Tell me about yourself" 2. "tell me about a time you were in disagreement with a group partner" 3. "tell me about a time where you had to think outside the box" you get the point.. and they ask, why do you want to work for our company, what makes you think you're a good fit for us? I ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS. I CANNOT THINK OF A TIME WHERE I WAS IN A DISAGREEMENT WITH A GROUP PARTNER OR A TIME I HAD TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. any tips on how to answer these kinds of questions. please comment with even the smallest tip! thanks :)
