Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has experience interviewing at Charles Schwab for a Software Engineering internship, or more specifically a web-focused role, and would be willing to share what it was like. I have a phone interview scheduled for next week, and I’m unsure whether to expect something more behavioral or technical. From what I’ve seen in older posts, it sounds mostly behavioral, but I’d love to hear recent experiences. I also originally applied for a SWE role and was rejected, but then got moved to this web-focused position, so I’m a bit unsure how that might affect the interview format or difficulty. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Update: It was just a behavioral no leetcode style questions. They did ask me about what programming languages I knew and asked me to explain where I had used them/learned them but beyond that it was the standard behavioral questions. I got moved on to the next round where you hop on a zoom meeting with a manager so if anyone has any advice for that I would love it!
