I have an upcoming 30 min Phone Screen with Microsoft. I have some reasons to believe this is interview is not with a recruiter but with a team manager. Applied to ML/SWE II role as a recent grad with no prior professional experience. I have no idea what to expect during interview: leetcode, resume deep dive, etc. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
