HR screening (30 minutes) The first question HR asked was how well you knew their company, followed by a detailed introduction of the products, company, and job details. Then they asked if you were willing to relocate. They operate on a hybrid model in North America, working in the office three days a week. Currently, they only have an office in KW, but will open an office in Toronto in the future. Then it was a mutual understanding process: tell me about your current role, why you are looking for new opportunities, experience match, explain what you are working on, what your company does, etc. In general, it was a good experience for mutual understanding.
